The website is hosted on a virtual private server (VPS) rented from Scaleway SAS, BP 438, 75366 Paris Cedex 08, France (scaleway.com). The servers are located in France.

Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, design, code) is the property of the publisher, unless otherwise stated. Data relating to films, series, actors and artists displayed in the game comes from third-party public databases and remains the property of their respective rights holders. The names, images and works mentioned are used for identification purposes as part of a general knowledge game.

Player account

Creating an account is optional: the game can be played in guest mode. An account can be created with an email address and a password, or through a third-party login service (Google, Discord, Facebook). Each player is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for the username they choose; the publisher reserves the right to delete any account whose username is offensive, misleading or impersonates a third party, as well as any account used to cheat or disrupt the leaderboard.

Liability

Featuring is a free game, with no guarantee of continuous availability. The publisher cannot be held liable for service interruptions or for any errors in the data displayed.

Donations

The game is entirely free. An optional donation link ("Buy Me a Coffee") is available on the website for players who wish to support the project; it does not give access to any additional features.
